This notice explains how CMM Prime LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Kava Bar Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information connected with kavabarpartners.com.
The Owner Diagnostic
The Owner Diagnostic runs in your browser. Your answers and result are not sent to or stored by Kava Bar Partners. The current site does not have a lead-submission form, customer database, marketing-email signup, advertising tracker, or optional analytics tool.
When you email us, we and our email provider, Zoho, receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, evaluate a possible business relationship, provide requested information, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our rights. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, health information, sensitive employee records, or other information that is not necessary for the conversation.
Hosting and security information
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects the site. Like most web infrastructure providers, it may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, referring page, network information, and security events. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
Cookies and analytics
We do not intentionally place optional analytics or advertising cookies on the current site. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and secure the site. If we add analytics, advertising, a contact form, or marketing email later, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by law before using those features.
Sharing and sales
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with providers that help us operate email, hosting, security, and professional services; when required by law or legal process; to protect people, rights, and systems; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep email and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. No security method is perfect, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold by emailing helllo@kavabarpartners.com. We may need to verify your request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law. Rights vary by location.
Children
This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
